I had a contract with Angels moving company for over a month and when it came time to deliver, they informed me they didn't have a driver. This was three days after the supposed pick-up date. I previously read some reviews about ship a car direct and immediately called them back.

David informed me about how this auto transport industry works. Here it is; most auto transport companies promise to pick your car up on a certain date and time, however; they have to scurry around to find a transport truck and a driver who are willing to accept the contract rate a.

In my case, the company (Angel's Auto Transport) was never able to locate a driver and never informed me that this would be an issue. So here there I sat, two days before I was supposed to board a plane to Florida and my car was still sitting in my driveway.

This is where David at Ship a Car Direct and Efran (ER autotransport) became my true angels. David arranged to have Efran pick-up the car the next day. Once on the truck, Efran (the owner of the transport company) informed me that the car will arrive in Florida by the end of the week. In other words, it would take only four days to deliver my car! All the others were 7-14 days.So here's what I experienced; honesty, quality customer service, delivered as promised and decently priced.
