Safe Direct Auto Transport

The company was ok overall. However I expected to be updated more on the status of my vehicle, which did not happen. I had to call and find out that the driver was going to be a day late. I also had to call and find out that my car had actually made it to California from Georgia. When I received my car is was pretty dirty but that was expected since it was on an open carrier being transported across country. I was expecting however items to be missing from my vehicle. I wouldn't go with this company for two reasons: I paid $200 over the amount I was quoted and locked in for, and also my expectations were not met.

We are sorry that you were not happy with the service. Thank you for sharing your experience - your feedback will be helpful to potential customers. We don't recommend leaving items in your vehicle during transport, final cost is subject to carrier agreement, and customers are always welcome to call carriers while the vehicle is en route but carriers typically call once they have a solid estimate for arrival.
