This was my first experience with car transport. We purchased a vehicle on-line and needed it delivered from Florida to Missouri. I was told by some not to use a transport service because of the issues with the industry. However, I did my research and found RiteWay. They were not the cheapest, but were the most responsive. Doug explained the industry to me very well and I confirmed everything he told me on the BBB web-site. The communicaiton with the driver was very good and he even delivered the day before schedule. Overall this was a great experience. I would use RiteWay again, and recommend you use them too.
