Buyer beware! My Lexus arrived dirty and wet as it had been through a rain storm. That's nature at work but it caused us to not be able to inspect the car completely. When we did wash it we found damage and reported it back to the Lexus dealer who insisted they would not send a car out with such damage. Wade at Relocation Station said they knew nothing about it and because I did not see the damage at delivery, there was nothing they could do. Note that in trying to get Relocation Station to take responsibility, I had to make all the calls, Wade never called me back a single time. Once they had the delivery money the service was nonexistent. Although they brag about the insurance coverage they carry, it is only to intice you do business with them.
Obviously, my experiance was what people are afraid can happen, and I would not recommend this company due to my horrible experiance. If you choose these guys you do so at your own risk and my best advice is not to sign off on the delivery until you have inspected every inch of your automobile. In particular, watch the doors where our damage is, that's because the lower level of the trailer has supports where car doors can be opened and create dings. I have pictures if anyone is interested in knowing more.
