My credit card company disputed the charges so my deposit was credited back to my account. Otherwise, no, there was no response from RAM except for a really strange one. After I had my vehicle for about a month, RAM sent me another email quote from the original inquiry from July. This quote showed up in September. Guess they thought I was still waiting for them to move my car. Not a snowball's chance in hell would I ever trust these people! Hopefully, the word will get out and they will be shut down. I am still confused as to why they are still showing a 3-Star rating on this website. Good Luck to all that are waiting for refunds.
