Excellent Service Experience

The decision to transport my car was daunting, and I received countless offers to transport my vehicle from Florida to Alabama. I went with Red Carpet because they offered a competitive price, and provided continuous follow-up regarding my decision. I had to reschedule my move given a delay in the purchase of my home, but this delay did not hinder the customer service that I received to ship my car. Although the pick-up was 7 days prior to my intended date of departure, it actually worked out perfectly, and was not a problem for me. I was quoted a two day transport time, and my vehicle arrived a day early. The driver contacted the point of contact at the receiving location and alerted them of the early arrival, so it was not an issue. The only issue I had was the driver's delay in arriving to my house from the time that he indicated he would arrive, but was not a reflection of the service that I received from Red Carpet, and Patrick. I will be using Red Carpet again later this year to transport my second vehicle to my home in Alabama when I need to do so. Saved me so much time and energy, not to mention the miles and wear and tear on the car.
