This is my second time using an auto shipping service, and first time doing business with Red Carpet. They did price match on the lowest quote I've received ($750), and finally got my car shipped at $819 (was $844). Sheila and Melody are both very helpful and knowledgeable.
The only complaint I had was about the 2 day delay at pickup. I was told the driver wanted to pick up on Monday, which was the Labor Day. Ended up no show and no phone call, of course, no one was working at red carpet either. That's expected when the pickup date falls on a holiday. The driver then called the next day morning, but wasn't able to pick up unitl Wednesday. The car was shipped quickly in 4 days with no damages, although it was actually 1 day late according to what the driver told me due to some "truck problems."
Overall I'm satisfied with the service and the price. For the most part, I was dealing with the truck driver directly as I felt that's the most efficient way. For those that selecting an auto shipper, I strongly recommend you to ask for the driver's cell phone number and contact them directly when your car is on its way. When there are too many parties involved in a transaction, mis-communications can easily happen!
