I felt uneasy when I received a call informing me that the delivery will be a day and a half delayed. It was obvious someone drove the car 220 miles and used up the gas. There were dirty prints on the vents, radio settings were completely different and the mileage was added. I realized the receipt did not state the car mileage and had 2000 car make yr instead of the correct 2004. I did call the office to correct the information the same day. I took pictures of the car and recorded the mileage myself, so I have no doubt they drove the car. What's worse is that the car alignment is off and the car just doesn't feel the same. Left a message for a call back...no one called.

I did speak to the broker who was apologetic and did the best to help with the situation. Frankly, these are things that cannot be proved to make a claim and unfortunately, the dreaded fear of shipping my car, which I've kept tidy, for the first time came true.

Next time I will ask questions about the carrier being used and do research on the carrier as well. Be forewarned of using this carrier.
