NEVER USED THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company should be put out of business!!!!!! I made arrangements with this company at the
end of January/2008 for my vehicle to be picked up at my residence in Florida for February 18,2008. I called a few days prior to the pick up date to confirm and they (Tina) told me that
everything was on schedule. I WAITED, AND WAITED ON FEBRUARY 18TH AND NO ONE CAME!!
I CALLED AND CALLED THE COMPANY AND NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. I called
the next day to see what happened and they told me that it was a Holiday and the office was
closed and that a driver would come that same day (Feb 19th). I WAITED AND WAITED and
again, NO ONE SHOWED. At this time, I am furious and called the company again on Feb 20th.
Now there excuse is that the truck broke down!!!!!!!!!!

I called this company hundreds of times to never reach anyone to answer the phone. I WAITED
AND WAITED FOR TWO WEEKS FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME (OFFICE PERSONAL OR A DRIVER)
AND NO ONE EVER CALLED ME!!!!!!!! At this time, after speaking to an Attorney, he suggested
that I write a letter of cancellation requesting my refund back. I sent this letter via through
their fax number and again, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO CONFIRM THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED
MY FAXED LETTER.

I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and if I do not receive my refund
back in a few days, my Attorney is suggesting that I file a claim within the Court System.
In the meantime, I hired another company, Blue Star Auto Transport, and this company is
fabulous and is very professional.

I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income and I cannot afford to lose my money for services
I never received.

SEND ME BACK MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
