I gave zero stars because this company does not deserve a single Star in my book. As many of us looking to have a vehicle transported you get calls from many transporters telling you, they are the best and gaurantee this and that. I believed Tom, he told me my vehicle will be picked up Thursday and delivered in the same day (as a few others did as well). Tom told me he gauranteed it will be delivered same day or he will go and push it to me himself. So i trusted Tom and paid the amount he asked of $650 to have it delivered same day. Well, few hours later that evening, "something" came up and they will be delivering it first thing next morning. It is now 6pm the next Evening (Friday) and I still dont have my vehicle. I keep being told different times. Morning, before 12 noon...before 4... and now they have been an hour away for the past 2 hours... I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST FINDING ANOTHER COMPANY TO TRANSPORT WITH. I will update if my car ever shows up
