I had to move my daughters car to the mainland and Jay was very helpful, he took the time to explain every step and sent me information to make sure I was comfortable. Both Jay and Alejandra were very courteous and helpful through out the process. The carrier that droppe doff the car to my duaghter was also very helpful. Overall good job, National!
