I requested a quote on 7/5 and was given $550. The move was to occur7/25 first day available. On Thursday 7/21 before the move on Monday 7/25 they notify me that it will be $650... (even though i had 3 other bids at $550 it was too late to go with another company and I signed a contract on 7/5 which clearly states $550... but that meant nothing to them) On Friday 7/22 they gave me the contact info of the transport but after 3 days of trying to confirm with the transport driver on Monday 7/25 told me they could not move my car. I called Moverjet and was told they had 5 days to find a new transport before they would let me out of the contract. Lucky they found a driver to move it 7/25 but not without a TON of last minute stress and upcharging me the extra $100 once they had me between a rock and hard place
