Had forgotten that company does not come onto Camp Lejuene and was going to leave 4 stars. However, the experience with the driver's (Sam) customer service I am more than willing to overlook that fact. Driver maintain communication before pickup and was willing to meet where most convenient for me and was able to give me a very accurate drop off day and time at destination. During drop off, he was willing to wait for my representative to arrive and take possession of vehicle. All in all, if I do have to transport my vehicle (s) again I'm confident I will sway with Montway. Thanks.
