Our experience with Letty from Monstar was very good. The first truck driver that she arranged to pick up the car was not being honest and tried to keep putting us off. He promised to pick up the car on August 27 then called my friend who was helping me out and said he would be there on August 28. The original agreement was for August 23 or 24. When I notified Letty she had another company pick it up that afternoon and they happened to be Austin Trucking here in Bakersfield. They were about an hour later than they had said getting there to pick up the vehicle but the transport went well and the delivery was smooth. My daughter met the driver and said he was very congenial and helpful. The vehicle was in the same condition it was in when it left Bakersfield. I would use Monstar again but I'd request she not use the original trucker.
