Damaged (not badly)

Slight damage to the rear bumper of the car which was estimated and repaired within their required 30 day time frame of delivery. Photos, estimate and final repair bill was forwarded to the company certified mail with no reponse. No response from the company after I spoke with them 3 weeks after my certified letter and claim was submitted. Followup letter and materials sent certified to company two weeks after not hearing back from my phone call and speaking with Clay. One week after my followup letter was sent a check arrived for 50% of claim. Am cashing the check (which was noted on the memo line as "endorsement constitutes payment in full") to close my file. Although it is good to receive something (better than nothing) no explanation was included as to why it was only a 50% payment of claim. I hope they can do better for others.
