I was very pleased with the service received from Lawrence Reeves at Mercury Auto Transport. He was very thorough and carefully explained the shipping process. There was an issue with the original shipper, but Lawrence got right on it and had another one lined up the same day. He was quick to respond when I reached out to him when the problem arose. Our vehicle arrived as scheduled and in the same shape as when it left the origin. I will definitely use this company - preferably Lawrence - if I need to have a vehicle transported again!
