I chose Mercury Auto Transport as my broker because of the positive reviews posted on the BBB website. I was not disappointed. Jason Ladd acted as my agent, and he was most helpful and courteous. Great communications, twice a day minimum. Jason was always prompt in his replies to my queries, which I truly appreciate. My wife's car shipped from Podunk, Alabama, all the way to Fresno, California. The carrier that took our job was VTway Inc.. The owner/operator (Vladimir Terzi) was wonderful to work with, and he took great care of my wife's car. He charged substantially more than Mercury's original bid posting, but I did not have to accept it. I could have kept waiting for some other company to accept the original bid. However, I have no regrets. Very happy with Mercury and Jason Ladd as my broker. Very happy with the service from VTway and Vladimir.
