After two different shippers gave me the run around. Paul Martin and Mercury were my third attempt. After contacting Paul, he kept me updated practically every day as far as the status. Once he had a driver, he notified me immediately. After a couple calls and emails, we Finalized everything (Roughly 20-30 minutes).
The car was picked up late afternoon in FL and delivered by 8:00 in NC The NEXT morning! I was expecting it around 12-4:00 that day. I was stunned at the turnaround time. No issues with Mercury or the driver. I will not hesitate to call Paul and Mercury if/when I need another vehicle transported.
