Having not shipped an automobile before, I didn't know what to expect, Kandy Kelly with Mercury Auto Transport did a wonderful job coaching me through the process and keeping me in the loop. She set the bar very high with Alexis Susana of Impact Transport maintaining that level of service. P/U and delivery went off as scheduled with zero defects. I highly recommend both companies.
