I was able to contact Magic Carpet at anytime (by phone or e-mail) and receive satisfactory answers to any of my questions or concerns.
My car was picked up exactly on the day I was promised. It was delivered exactly as scheduled.
I could have chosen a less expensive transport company but they gave me advise that noone else did ie, "do not give a deposit untill your car is actually picked up". Only on that date did they charge my credit card. They told me the balance of $500. was to be paid to the driver upon delivery of my car & that was what I paid. The price was not jacked up like some companies I have heard of.
The condition of my car was as it was when it left Florida.
The driver unloaded my car & drove it to my home as I did not have transport to collect it myself. He (Warren) was very pleasant!
I thank Magic Carpet transport & would recommend it to anyone!!
