Tried to work with agent for 60 days to get a vehicle moved. Nicole never came through and when pressed for more information she decided to cancel out the transaction. I would not recommend this third party contractor for vehicle transports. There are without a doubt better service providers out there. I even contacted a competitor and they knew of Nicole's standard of conducting business and recommended that I go elsewhere.

Andy almost all of our clients would disagree with your assesment of our company and Nicole in particular. The fact is Andy you decided to not read or ignore our terms and conditions. We clearly state that our quotes are good for no longer than 30 days. In addition you forgot to mention that we did not take a single penny from you for the effort we put into it. I personally apologize for any inconvenience you may have had.... We strive for 100% customer satisfaction but sometimes we do fall short.
