This company is a broker for trasport services. All they do is find the lowest priced carrier and charge a premium over the actual cost of transport. That would be fine if they provided good customer service and communication, but that is not the case. The pick up was never made at the promised day and the company never contacted me. I had to make several calls before they said that it was going to be picked up two days later. Contact person Kathy had an attitude problem. All in all a very bad experience - would NEVER use them again.
