I was a little anxious because I have never transported a vehicle before. Amy (initial contact person) was very communicative and answered all my questions, walking me through the process. She even did a three-way call with me to the dispatcher to confirm when the vehicle would be delivered. I would definitely use them again if I needed to do a transport. The driver and dispatcher were also nice and helpful.
