this was the first time we ever had to ship a vehicle, and we had to ship it a long way, so we were a bit concerned with the whole process. we did alot of research, and i called many companies, not only was this one the cheapest, but it had pretty good ratings with this site and also the better business bureau. i would use this company again. my vehicle took less time than i thought it would. if i had to list one complaint it would be that my car was full of those lovely love bugs. other than that no complaints, and i think the bug thing is too be expected, afterall, it did just travel over 3000 miles.
