I have recently relocated from Ohio to Hawaii and have shipped two vehicles with Magic Carpet at two different times. The first vehicle was picked up right away and was delivered in Hawaii without any problems and on time. The second vehicle was picked up about a week ago and is on target to be delivered within the time they originally quoted. Crystal has been my contact at this company and has been very informative and easy to work with. There have been a few little things that I have had questions on or needed assistance with and she has been there to take care of me. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them when I return to the mainland.
