I've placed my order with M2 and although they haven't yet assigned a driver or picked up my car, so far everything seems to be going well. Katie has been very helpful answering any questions that I have and also at addressing my concerns. It's very important to me that the car arrives right on a specific day, and Katie has assured me that she will do everything possible to make sure that happens. That's the major reason I chose M2.
