From the time we contacted the company we were treated promptly. The staff has what I call a "sense of urgency", even though I was not in a real hurry to get my vehicle.

The other characteristic I liked was the constant communication with my office. We were always informed what was going on. It was very refreshing experience, especially in an industry that from previous experience seemed to lack professionalism.

The time it took the car/driver to get to my house was within 30 minutes of what we were told it would be. The driver kept in contact with my office as he drove down to Miami. When he got to my delivery point, he was very careful getting the car off the truck and inspected the car with me. That was very surprising to me as well.

All in all, having used other companies in previous years, I was very impressed with the overall experience. I would recommend M2Reeves to anyone who would want to transport one of his/her toys.
