The driver was very patient. The car requires a forklift to offload. He was kind enough to take it to another shop to forklift it which took a longer period of time. Throughout this process, he was patient and very understanding of the situation. The customer service from the dispatcher was great as well. They followed up throughout the process and very responsive. I’ll definitely do more business with the company in the future.
