My situation was not average to say the least. I was trying to get my car from Honolulu, Hawaii to London, Ontario, Canada. I called Horizon Auto Services and instead of telling me we can't transport to Canada they worked with me to to cooridinate a drop-off in Port Huron, Michigan, which is about one hour away from my home town in Canada. They were very accomodating as I needed to drive my car through U.S. Customs and Canadian Customs which had specific times. They also worked around my personal schedule, i.e. days available for my brother to take me down to Michigan. My car did take longer that the quoted time but Irving and Rachel kept me informed in advance of what was going on. Also, they instructed the driver to call me and arrange a drop-off location and time. The driver was able to meet me at a gas station just a few minutes away from the U.S./Canadian border, who was very nice, an added bonus. I was very happy with the customer service that was provided to me and my unique situation. They were very patient with me in trying to work out a location and time to pick up my vehicle in Michigan. My car arrived in tact, no damage, no stolen items, just a little dirty which is to be expected considering the journey it took. It also did not have a problem starting up and if it did the driver had the appropiate equipment to get it running for me. I couldn't of asked for better service. Thanks Horizon Auto Services for making a stressful task easy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any of my family or friends looking to ship their vehicles.
