Good Service although I wish they had been better about communicating

At the beginning of my interaction with Hilton, they were very attentive, friendly answered all of my questions, and promptly returned my phone calls. I was bothered by the fact that no one ever picked up when I called; I always had to leave a message. Perhaps this is due to a small staff, but it was very discomforting if an emergency occurred.

A couple days before my car was supposed to be delivered, I lost my cell phone and was afraid the driver wouldn't be able to get a hold of me. I immediately called Hilton, left a message and never got a response. Luckily I got a hold of the company actually transporting my car, and they connected me with my driver.

I also was not clear about whether the delivery time was measured in calendar days or business days. If it was business days, I wish they had clarified that. If the 10-12 days they estimated was calendar days, then they were late. Also, the driver called the day of delivery, not 24hrs before like I'd been told. Luckily I was available, but this is not always the case.

My experience was smooth and my car arrived in the same condition I gave it to them in, I just wish someone at Hilton had been better about answering my call. I don't know what I would have done if I'd had an emergency and wasn't able to reach them.
