Rachel was so awesome to deal with. This was my first time shipping a vehicle (I had won on ebay) and had lost two other down payments to other companies that never came through as they had promised. Rachel reassured me that they would do as they said or I would get my VERY LOW deposit back. FANTASTIC communication and after many other companies trying to locate a carrier- Rachel had one for me within a couple of days. I found this so relieving- as this process was very difficult to find someone trustworthy- and I definately find this company trustworthy. The price was very competitive and mid ranged. I couldnt be happier! I will definately ONLY use this company in the future if I need a transport service.

The trucking company that they had assigned to transport was fairly easy to reach, although I was told a time for delivery to meet the truck (which I had suggested to meet rather than a drop off on my dead end road) and I waited 2 1/2 hours before the truck arrived. Also, the driver was unaware that he was to accept the money for the transportation, but that was minor- he wrote me a receipt. Although- those 2 things were just miscommunication between the driver and the actual trucking company. The driver was very apologetic and very friendly. Nothing to do with the transport company listed.

I would 100% recommend these guys/gals :0) for anyone who needs reliable service at a great price!
