This guy was never dispatched. He wanted to move the vehicle in the middle of bad weather both a pickup location and final destination. When we actually had an option from a driver that was willing to do the route, we gave the client the option and he just cancels the order. We never charge him a penny and He eventually moving the vehicle for more money with a different broker that dispatched it the same option that we gave him at the beginning. Please keep in mind that when winter gets here prices will always go up due to the high demand for people needing the service.
