Fox Auto transport has turned out to be a nightmare. My wife and I were told that two different schemes for who gets what payment and when. Upon time to drop off our car at the ocean freight terminal, we found they were not paid by Fox Auto thus delaying our shipment. Had Fox taken our payment and not paid the ocean carrier? We didn't know and repeated phone calls to Fox went un answered. This could not be a more stressful move, thanks to Fox Auto transport.
