I have had a number of cars delivered by Fed Ex. The customer service from the time the order was taken through the delivery has been great. The drivers have been courtious and always communicate very well.
This last experience was really exceptional. The car was picked up in Oxnard California and deliverd to Bloominton, MN. The pick up was with in a few days of ordering, and the delivery was two days later. The Team of Mike and Cindy were the absolute best. As we all know the communications with the driver(s) is key. Cindy called me when they picked up the car and let me know where they were every step of the way. They had picked the car up Monday and told me they would be in Minnesota between 3 and 8PM on Wednesday. I then made business appointements that would let me be back by 3. Cindy called and said they were running early and could they deliver it in the morning. Great, I said, I cannot be there but I will make arrangements to have someone when every you arrive accept the car. She then called me back and said I know how exciting it is for the owner to be there so we are going to try and make it by 7am! I thought this team really understand the exitemeint of the owner watching the car come off the truck. Cinduy called to tell me they were still about 90 miles away and stuck in road construction and traffic. She appologized for not being there by 7. They did arrive around 9AM. The car was delivered in great condition. I have always been impressed with Fed Ex. This team, however, was really outstanding. Thanks for taking great car of my car!
