The communications with the company was good. I paid for door to door but it appeared that it would take a lot longer time to find a transporter that would deliver to my home. So I agreed to have it delivered to near by major cities ( 130 to 180 miles away). It still took awhile to get the pickup. When it came time to deliver the driver called and agreed to deliver it to a little closer city as it was on his way. Had very good contact with the driver. Car was delivered just fine. I would use Express again.
