Company sent an Email prior to pickup, stating when pickup would occur. Got a phone call from the fellow in Ohio saying the pick up was on schedule, the driver was there to take transport. Got a call from the driver several hours later, telling me when he would arrive at my destination. Very friendly fellow. Did all that was expected. Will definitely use this company again. John
