Lack of service

I received a quote and then scheduled the transport of my 2005 f-150. Had a window of 7 days for pick up on day 8 I tried to contact someone at ez Auto transport with no luck I did leave a message. They emailed me and said that my vehicle would be picked up within the window and advised me to track it through the online dashboard provided by them. When I checked the dashboard my transport was delayed 2 to 3 days. So on day 4 of the delay I again attempted to contact someone via phone and again no answer, asked for someone to call me that email was not an effective way of communication for me. I then again checked my nifty dashboard and my transport was delayed for two weeks. I again tried to call someone and no answer again ( I guess I am just a gluten for punishment) this is when I cancelled my transport with this broker and went somewhere else.
I realize Casper, WY is a little off the beaten path, but please open your lines of communication with your customers. I did expect delays however I also expected to be able to talk to someone to resolve the issue. I will definitely never use this group again or refer someone to them unless of course they are a very bad person and I wanted to watch them suffer the same discomfort I experienced (my guess is it would probably be worse).
