the agent i delt with was casey, and i can not say enough postitve about the customer service and the help she gave. even though i had to bug her alot for problems we were having on our end (nothing to do with transport) she was always kind and helped me along every step and sent one of the best shippers i have ever used to pick up and transport my car! all in all i highly rec. domestic auto. and ask for casey ;-)
