First time auto shipper, got excellent service. A couple of things to expect. Company brokered my shippment to the carrier- us mobile transport. Started to worry when they picked up my crv with a small trailer being towed by an suv, and the driver, while very polite, well groomed, etc did not speak very good english. This caused concern because I couldn't get the questions I had clearly answered, but this was only my problem because in the end the driver was very good, and I had a great experience. But be prepared for having every ding on your car documented--the depiction of my 5 year old crv looked like something from the demolition derby. Things I didn't do which I sould have 1) ask driver for identification, and 2)take some pictures of car and the transporter. In the end I didn't need these things, but for 5 days, till I got my car, I was a little worried.
