My recent transaction with Direct Express Auto Transport was an excellent one. I have had cars shipped previously by other transport companies, and this experience was much better. From the first contact to get an estimate of cost, the customer service people at Direct Express were helpful, professional, and friendly. The cost was below what I had anticipated, and the timing of pickup and delivery was as quoted. Due to a sudden work issue, I had to contact the shipper to get a more precise delivery time, and the folks at Direct Express handled that request very efficiently. Within 15 minutes of my speaking to them on the phone, the shipper phoned me and gave me a window for delivery, which they did meet. The car was in good condition when it arrived, and it was apparent that it had been well cared for. Should I need to ship vehicles again in the future, Direct Express is the company I will use.
