This was the first time ever having to move a car and quite frankly, we were apprehensive. Our first step was a search engine, of course. We were impressed by the web site and the fact that you could get a quote in minutes. And also the fact that the car was fully insured by the company for the lenght of the trip. I called the office and the person I talked with was very courteous and helpful. I was surprised to read an e-mail just 2 days later that a driver had been assigned to our car. The carrier picked it up exactly when he said he would and delivered it directly to our front door in the exact time frame of one hour that he had quoted. I hope to never move 2000 miles again but I would use Auto Transport Direct again.
