I have nothing but praise for the thoroughness and attention to customer service that was shown to me during this time. Jenny called me on a regular basis to give me updates about when my car would be picked-up. More, the driver treated my car as if it were his own. He, too, was courteous and friendly. What made the "shipping" even more comforting was the shipping price. I couldn't have driven it from NC to FL for what it cost me to ship on a transport! Will I use Direct Express Auto Transport again...definitely! Do I recommend them...positively. My overall rating...no doubt 5 stars!
