DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF TEENAGE GIRLS WORKING WHO DON'T HAVE A CLUE! LOT'S OF GIGGLING IN THE BACKGROUND. NO WONDER WHY MY CAR WAS NEVER PICKED UP!

I READ EXCELLENT REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY ONLINE AND DECIDED TO USE THEM TO SHIP MY 2006 CORVETTE FROM RALIEGH, NC TO CHICAGO, IL. MY VEHICLE WAS READY FOR PICK UP ON 3/13/08. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A 1-7 DAY WINDOW TO SCHEDULE MY PICK UP. ON 3/20/08, I CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY PICK UP AND WAS TOLD BY SOME TEENAGE GIRL WHO HAD AN ATTITUDE THAT A DRIVER HAS NOT BEEN FOUND YET AND THAT APPROX 90% OF THE TIME THIS COMPANY MEETS THE 1-7 DAY WINDOW TO SCHEDULE PICK UP. WHEN I ASKED IF THERE WAS A REASON WHY THEY COULD NOT LOCATE A DRIVER, THE GIRL COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY INFORMATION AND TOLD ME TO CALL BACK ON MONDAY. TODAY I CALLED BACK AND STILL A DRIVER HAD NOT BEEN FOUND. I WAS TOLD THAT "GAS PRICES HAD GONE UP SINCE I SCHEDULED MY PICK UP" AND THAT THE COST TO SHIP WOULD NOW BE MORE EXPENSIVE. I DON'T MIND PAYING MORE MONEY TO HAVE MY VEHICLE SHIPPED, I DO MIND WAITING AROUND FOR 11 DAYS WONDERING WHY MY VEHICLE WASN'T SCHEDULED FOR PICK UP YET AND THEN BE TOLD THAT GAS PRICES HAVE GONE UP IN THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS AND I NEED TO DISH OUT MORE MONEY THAN I WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED AND WILL STILL HAVE TO CONTINUE WAITING FOR A DRIVER TO BE LOCATED. PERSONALLY, I AM NOT INTERESTED IN WAITING AN ADDITIONAL 11 DAYS TO HAVE SOME SNOTTY LITTLE TEENAGE GIRL TELL ME THAT A DRIVER HAS NOT BEEN FOUND YET. THIS COMPANY EMPLOYEES KIDS TO HANDLE SHIPMENTS OF VEHICLES. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE AND WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO LET EVERYONE WHO CONSIDERS USING THIS COMPANY KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. END RESULT - I CANCELED MY ORDER AND HAVE DECIDED TO BOOK ANOTHER COMPANY TO SHIP MY VEHICLE.

Claudia of Illinois has entered a false order id number and order cost on her post. Don't know why she has done that, just know that she did. We think the tenor and tone of her missive here says far more about the writer than the subject. For the record, many on our staff are hard working college students paying their way through school. Their intelligence is appreciated by our customers. We are sorry for Claudia's inconvenience and we note that it is the exception rather than the rule. We wish her well in her future endeavors.
