I was extremely sceptical of any auto transport company being able to deliver as promised. There are simply too many variables involved, especially for a broker. I think each customers experience will vary by how lucky they are in getting a truck scheduled. We were quite lucky. We placed the order on a thursday they picked it up on Saturday, and delivered on the next Sunday. 1 days from order to deliver is probablly the best you can expect for a delivery most of the way across the country. Direct Express was professional and timely. ABM Auto Transport was the trucking company which did a good job even though they told us the wrong day originally. This delivery worked out quite well. Keep in minid that it might just as easily be a disaster if they choose a bad trucking company. I would probably choose a carrier if I had to do it again so that I would know who I'm getting.
