I was informed by Brad Simon, (Sr. Retail Sales Manager), that I should allow 2 weeks for the auto to be transported from Livermore CA to Manassas VA. I scheduled the drop off (terminal to terminal) at Livermore CA with two weeks lead time so that I could pick up the car in Manassas VA in a timely manner.

To my amazement, my auto was transported in the 6 days following drop off.(April 29, 2013). Therefore, I had to scramble to make early the pick up in Manassas VA( May 9,2013) to avoid storage charges (imposed 5 days after the auto arrives at destination).

This created quite a stressful situation for me.

The auto DID arrive in "good shape" undamaged, without anything missing. Thanks for that people. Other than timeleness issues, the overall service was "Very Good"
