My husband and I contracted Crossover Auto Transport to ship my son's 1989 Chevy Caprice from Miami, FL to San Jose, CA. I received quotes from numerous companies but after speaking with the owner, James Randolph I chose Crossover. It was his professional attitude and his honesty that made us choose his company over all the others. Several companies advertised they were accredited with the Better Business Bureau, but when I checked the website some were not even listed. We signed the contract on a Tuesday and on Thursday afternoon of the following week my son was driving his car! The process took a total of 9 days from start to finish, while many of the other companies had estimated a 16 day turnaround. The communication was great, my phone calls and emails were promptly returned. I would highly recommend using Crossover Auto Transport to anyone needing to ship a car.
