Crossover Auto Transport - Robbers (A big Scam Company)

Hi All,

These people does not schedule any pick ups. They are the Robbers. They just take the deposits and never provide service. Once they get your deposits, your case will be similar to mine and all others.

They have taken $150 deposit and even after 2 months and 15 days, they tell the same answer - "California and Texas route is very problematic now - We dont have any idea when your car is going to be picked up". I started shouting at them asking what the nonsense they were doing and how many years will they take to pick up my car? They said me that 8 days which they mentioned in the contract is approximate and even that can go for 8 months (or) 8 years also depending upon the circumstances. As i keep calling them continuously and due to lack of response from them, i asked them to cancel and refund my money back. They said that are not going to refund my money back nor schedule a pickup for me. They asked me not to call back at last.

I have reported the same to BBB and they only ask an opinion from the shipping companies and once the company update the complaint, they will close the complaint with the shipping company's comments being final. Here is the link of my complaint with BBB. Its really a worst part from BBB to support them.

Dont use CROSSOVER AUTO TRANSPORT at any time, even though a bit costly book it with someone who has very good reviews in www.TransportReviews.com. You will not waste any time nor money and will get a good service.

If anyone has an idea please let me know how do we put these bledy buggers out of business. I will provide my support to you. Lets try together and keep them out of business.
