car was never picker up and we were never contacted about any problems. We always done the contacting, had to leave name and number and never received a return call. By chance we would call and get RALPH on the phone. He hung up on us several times. Great customer service. I am sure he is the teacher for future customer service employees. I can now understand why you only have 3star rating.
