I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in an auto transport company before. The driver called one day prior to pickup and stated I had to be available at 1200 the next day or the car would not be picked up. I called him at 1800 on the day of pickup and he said it would be another 2 hours and he wanted me to drive 30 miles to meet him. On delivery over a week later, he called and said it would be Friday at 1600. Saturday came and went with no phone call. Finally reached the driver on Sunday and he said it would be Monday at 1600. He called at 1800 and wanted for us to pick up the car instead of dropping it off at the house like the contract said. The car finaly arrived coated in grease and oil, 1"x1" crater in the windshield, grease was all over the steering wheel, front seats, carpets, and the car had an additional 30 miles on the odometer. They do not believe in customer service and do not respond to emails. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

WE HAVE A SIGNED INSPECTION REPORT ON OUR COMPANY FILE THAT CUSTOMER RECEIVED CAR IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.THE CARRIER ASSIGNED IS ACTUALLY IN OUR 5 STAR RATED CARRIER NETWORK.SINCE WE TRANSPORT ANYWHERE FROM 9-10 CARS AT A TIME SOMETIMES WE HAVE LEAKING OIL FROM OTHER CARS SPILLING ONTO THE CARS IN THE DECK BELOW.WE RECOMMEND TO THIS CUSTOMER FOR FUTURE TRANSPORT GET A ONE CAR HAULER AND SPEND THE BIG MONEY TO AVOID THIS SITUATION.
