We contacted caviness auto carriers on 3-19-08 by cell phone and asked for a pick up date of 3-20-08 and was told that it woukd not be a problem. after calling every day for 9 days and E-mailing found out that caviness auto carriers sub contracts the drivers and dont have their own trucks. now that they cant provide a transport truck to our son in camp lajune north corolina. He is in the Marines serving this country. They wont give a refund of the deposit and havent returned our phone calls or E-mails.

Robert we never tell people that we have our own trucks. We did at one time. We had 7 trucks and we sold them in March of 2007. And we all ways tell customers that it can take us up to a week to locate a hauler with a opening. And we did finely get a hauler in there for your son after this review was writen. And we are sorry that it took a few days longer than we liked Thank You !
